| Consultancy Services:Corporate Communication Guidelines |
By corporate language, we refer to specific spoken and written words, terms and phrases commonly adopted by staff.
Developed with the aim to promote group dynamics with clients and among staff, the appropriate design and application of corporate language across the board upholds the integrity of our corporate identity through which our corporate philosophy manifests.
For example, in keeping with the corporate philosophy of developing an open, responsive client relationship, it is vital that the active rather than the passive voice is used. This involves statements such as: "we'll send the documents to you" and "we'll do this for you," as opposed to the seemingly detached and uncommitted form of saying, "the documents will be sent" and "this will be done" respectively.
